“The court has chosen a measure of restraint in the form of a 2-month detention for 23 persons. In relation to a person, a restraining measure in the form of house arrest was chosen, ”the message states.
According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, a criminal group was operating in Rostov, led by Dmitry Rybalko, the former deputy chief of police of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs responsible for maintaining local security. At the same time, the group included local residents and employees of the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
