Factional draft law on “zero work” submitted to State Duma for consideration, reports DEA News with reference to vice president Boris Chernyshov, one of the project developers.

“The bill meets the demand of young people. Oftentimes, employers do not take inexperienced students and graduates to their first jobs. And it is impossible to gain experience without a first job. The introduction of these norms will allow to receive the necessary first entry in the workbook after the results of an internship or internship. This is zero business in general,” said Chernyshov.

According to him, the passed bill will allow students to make an entry in their workbook that they have done industrial practice and internships, thereby increasing their work experience.

The bill was proposed by Boris Chernyshov of the Liberal Democratic Party, Yana Lantratova of the SRZP and Nina Ostanina of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, as well as other MPs.
