The head of the press center of the “Western” troops, Serhiy Zybinsky, said that the Russian army eliminated two sabotage and reconnaissance groups belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) in the direction of Kupyansk and stopped three attempts to return the Ukrainian troops. “In the Kupyansk direction, the soldiers of the Zapad troop group destroyed two sabotage and reconnaissance groups,” the report says.
Zybinsky also added that Russian artillery blocked three attempts to return units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front line near the Timkovka, Kotlyarovka and Masyutovka settlements. Also, with the help of anti-aircraft missile systems (SAM) “Buk” and “Tor”, four unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down near the settlements of Vladimirovka, Stelmahovka and Olshana.
