If you don’t have spinach in the store, you can replace it with lettuce, which is also rich in vitamins and minerals.

“It is beneficial to the body and radishes after winter. This vegetable is an excellent source of vitamins C and B6, as well as minerals such as potassium and phosphorus. Radishes also contain antioxidants that help protect the body from free radical damage. Instead of radishes, you can add onions or fresh cucumbers to the diet, ”explained the nutritionist.

To nourish the body with antioxidants, vitamins C and K, calcium and potassium, turnip is suitable. It also contains plant fibers that help improve digestion and gut health. If you don’t have turnip, you can replace it with broccoli, which is also rich in antioxidants and vitamins.

“Watch out for the carrots. It contains large amounts of beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the body. Carrots are also rich in vitamins C and K, and minerals such as potassium and copper. Instead of carrots, you can choose pumpkin or sweet pepper, which also contains beta-carotene and vitamins C and K.

It is rich in vitamins A, C and K and leeks. It also contains beneficial minerals such as iron, copper and potassium, as well as antioxidants that help protect the body from free radical damage. Instead of leeks, you can use regular onions or green onions.
