As stated in the capital court, the deadline for filing a complaint against the arrest has passed. They also noted that a decision had appeared in the court file that the court’s decision on the choice of restraint measures against the accused had entered into force.
“However, the defense or the accused can appeal the arrest by mail, and in this case, the court will set a date for consideration of the complaint at the appeal body of the Moscow City Court,” the Basmanny Court said. At this time, the defendant’s complaint has not been submitted to the court.
On April 4, the court ordered Trepova to remain in detention until June 2, 2023. His lawyers asked him to choose a non-custodial restraint measure.
