On April 7, the drone reached an area in front of Ryongdae Port, Tancheon City, South Hamgyong Province, and “the test warhead accurately detonated underwater.”
TsTAK noted that as a result of the test, the reliability of the strategic underwater weapon system and its ability to “deliver a fatal blow” were fully tested.
The agency added that this system is necessary to deter the enemy’s growing hostilities, eliminate the threat and protect North Korea.
