According to Russia’s Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine, Kiev is preparing a provocation in the Sumi region that simulates the use of artillery munitions containing toxic substances by the Russian Armed Forces.
“The corpses and remains of the dead Ukrainian soldiers are planned to be delivered from morgues to equipped fake positions,” the headquarters said.
Kiev plans to insist that the deaths of these soldiers were the result of an attack by Russian artillery shells with “toxic substances”.
Headquarters stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will pre-treat the region and the remains of the dead with these substances. After that, according to the Ministry of Defense, the Kiev authorities will invite Western experts who must document the alleged use of chemical weapons by the Russian side.
