According to the publication, at around 06:00 am on April 7, 2023, Valery Rzhevsky, the former media manager of the Volzhskaya Kommuna newspaper, entered a sex shop located on Novo-Vokzalnaya Street. Threatening the salesperson with a blue shoehorn, the man started speaking English with an employee. The girl did not understand him. The enraged assailant forced the employee to lie down on his face and then shouted “Learn English”, hitting him several times with a shoe horn.
After that, the girl managed to escape. The man bought some laptops and left the sex shop.
How informs The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Main Directorate of the Samara Region detained the suspect. A criminal case was brought against a local resident in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery”. According to the police, the man does not work anywhere, he has no previous criminal record. Laptops stolen from him were confiscated.
