The State Duma may pass a law on a complete ban on electronic cigarettes for Russian minors on April 11. This was announced by the Speaker of the Lower House of Parliament Vyacheslav Volodin. TASS.
According to Volodin, this rule will affect both nicotine-containing vapors and the entire range of devices.
“A ban on advertising, placing on store shelves,” said the Speaker of the State Duma.
