Human rights activist Alexander Ionov on the air of 360 TV channel spoke to support a bill that would allow specially trained military personnel to voluntarily join the ranks of the peacekeeping forces. He added that the volunteers who are part of the peacekeeping units will help directly stop civilian casualties and possible provocations from opposing sides.
