Most Russians ready to switch jobs for an expanded social package

Such data was obtained as a result of the joint work of the Budu online health management service and the Zarplaty.ru Research Center. “socialbites.ca” got acquainted with the results of the study.

39% of Russians surveyed stated that having the maximum number of services (including dentist and psychologist) of the VHI plays an important role in their choice of job. Another quarter highlights the importance of having a VHI, but the services included in the package are of no importance.

40% of buzzers are extremely meticulous about VHI components, for them expanding the package is important. 35% of millennials, 44% of millennials and 56% of Boomers share the same view on employer insurance.

Among all respondents, the majority choose a workplace based on its ability to compensate for the cost of further education (41%), receive additional paid non-working days in addition to vacation (39%), and cover the cost. proportion of expenditures for children (30%).

Paying for advanced training is the most attractive option for 80% of sounders. For millennials, covering sports expenses (44%) and additional paid days not worked outside of holidays (42%) play an important role in the decision-making process regarding workplace selection. For Generation X employees, it is important that the employer covers the costs of food (33%) and cellular communication and mobile internet (29%). 67% of boomers need their employers to provide additional paid leave, 33% say they would choose an employer that pays for gas.

58% of all respondents agreed that they are ready to change jobs for the sake of an expanded social package and additional bonuses from the employer. The largest proportion of zoomers (80%) and millennials (61%) confirmed that they could switch to another company to receive bonuses from the employer. There are fewer such people among the representatives of generation X – 56%. The vast majority of boom generation (77%) are ready to stay in their current job.
