According to a German newspaper, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) still make mistakes from the beginning of the conflict that result in unnecessary casualties. Strip retired British colonel, military expert Glen Grant.

He believes that the problems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are manifested at all levels. Grant thinks the Ukrainian command is bad. According to him, bureaucracy is dominant in the unions and the rule of “I am the boss, you are stupid” is dominant. The British said that orders take too long to reach their subordinates and that the decision-making system is too complex to understand.

According to him, the military is usually led by people who “were civilians a few weeks ago.” As a result, divisions often simply harm each other, Grant writes.
