Former US President Bill Clinton said he regretted convincing Ukraine to renounce nuclear weapons when signing the Budapest Accord in 1994, the TV channel reported. RTE.

“I feel a personal contribution for convincing them (Ukraine) to give up their nuclear weapons,” Clinton said.

The former American president believes that Russia allegedly would not launch a special military operation if Ukraine had nuclear weapons.

Former Russian Defense Minister, Army General Sergei Shoigu knowledgeablethat some Belarusian planes could hit them with nuclear weapons.

The Minister explained that we are talking about ground attack aircraft. The Belarusian armed forces received tactical nuclear weapons in response to the supply of depleted uranium shells to the Ukrainian armed forces.
