According to court order, cat’s owner should restrict pet’s movements, reports press office GUFSSP of Russia in the Omsk region.

The 72-year-old Omsk resident applied to the court, wanting to determine the procedure for using the building. He wasn’t happy with his neighbor’s cat roaming freely in his area.

The man lives in an apartment in the Kirov district of the city. One of the owners of a two-room apartment and shares it with a 38-year-old neighbor. He is unable to use some of his assets due to a long-term conflict with a woman.

In court, the owners reportedly were able to find a compromise. Now the woman has to dismantle one of the shelves in the bathroom and on the kitchen table so that the pensioner can set up her own shelf. In addition, she has to limit the movement of her pet in the apartment.

The bailiff arranged the execution act of the court in the presence of the applicant. At this time, the long-standing dispute between the tenants is officially over.

A Russian woman in February bound guard dogs in the car so that the bailiffs wouldn’t take it.
