The researchers concluded that the migration flow that emerged in 2022 could change direction in the next year or two.

About 40% of workers in Russia declared that they are ready to move to another part of the country to increase financial compensation. The largest number of people want to move to Moscow, one out of every two people is ready to move here, in the second place is St. Petersburg, and in third place is the Southern Federal District.

People from foreign countries prefer USA and Canada. Contrary to popular belief, the UAE is not among the top 10 destinations for possible resettlement.
