The lawyers of Metropolitan Pavel (Lebed), Governor-General of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, demanded the dismissal of the judge due to the refusal of their petition, but they were again denied. This was reported by the Ukrainian edition of “Strana.ua”.

April 1, Governor-General of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Metropolitan Pavel (Lebed) reached to the Kiev Shevchenkovsky District Court, for which a restraining order was chosen. The metropolitan is charged with two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
