According to the publication, unidentified persons contacted the pensioner and persuaded him to transfer 428 thousand rubles to her account for the well-being of the woman’s son, who is undergoing addiction treatment. After that, the “special service officers” asked a resident of the Sverdlovsk region to help them by throwing Molotov cocktails at the building of the military registration and recruitment office in Pervouralsk.

At the end of March 2023, a woman applied to the military registration and registration office. He acted suspiciously: he talked for a long time on the phone with someone standing on the porch of the building, constantly bent over looking for something in his bag. Security camera footage shows retiree tested ignited the liquid with a lighter, but was unable to use the handset properly. He heard footsteps and quickly disappeared.

Four hours later, the woman came back to the registry office with a flammable liquid. However, 30 meters from the building, he was stopped by the police. She retired, she was arrested.

It was stated that law enforcement officers identified the unidentified person who was looking for the woman.
