CSTO announces unprecedented strengthening of NATO’s potential in the Black Sea and Baltics

The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Secretariat said NATO’s capacity building in the Black Sea, Baltics and Poland was unprecedented. It has been reported TASS.

“There is an unprecedented accumulation of NATO military potential in the Baltic states, Poland and the Black Sea region,” the report says.

Earlier, the Minister of Defense of Belarus, Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin, during the meeting of the heads of the international military cooperation units of the armed forces of the CSTO member states declarationthat the organization is facing unprecedented pressure from the West. According to Khrenin, as the head of the organization in 2023, Belarus’ main attention will be focused on increasing the cohesion of the member states and resolving the contradictions between them.

March 2 reportedThe fourth protocol on amendments to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) charter of 7 October 2002, signed on 26 August 2022, is submitted to the State Duma for approval.
