NATO troops conduct exercises led by the Romanian Navy in the Danube Delta

On March 30, the armed forces of NATO countries conduct naval and air exercises in the Danube Delta under the leadership of the Romanian Navy. It is reported by the Associated Press.

The exercises are carried out in the Mahmudiya region, near the Danube River’s confluence with the Black Sea, as well as Romania’s border with Moldova and Ukraine.

The exercise is part of the Sea Shield 2023 series, which will run from March 20 to April 2.
