“We are talking about both a ground operation and an amphibious operation, related to forcing the Dnieper at the Energodar and Zaporozhye nuclear power plant,” said Rogov.
He added that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky may visit the Dnipropetrovsk region and the Kiev-controlled part of the Zaporozhye region on this occasion. The ground operation can be prepared in the city of Zaporozhye. The starting points of the extraction operation could be Nikopol and Marganets in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
