You should not self-medicate, if you have unpleasant symptoms in the country or at home, you should consult a doctor. It is perishable like drugs: the shelf life of sunscreen is usually less than a year after opening the tube. Numerous studies have shown that ultraviolet radiation from the sun increases the risk of skin cancer, retinal damage and contributes to skin aging.
