TASS: Ukrainian Armed Forces bombed Melitopol, hits recorded at locomotive storage facilities

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) bombed the city of Melitopol, Zaporozhye region. According to TASS, there are hits on the objects of the locomotive depot. A representative from the emergency services told reporters that the facilities were destroyed.

“According to preliminary information, objects in the Melitopol locomotive depot were hit as a result of shelling by militants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces at 5:30 Moscow time,” the service said. They added that there was damage but no loss of life.

27 March Russia Investigative Committee discovered, possibly fragments of HIMARS missiles at the bombardment site in Melitopol. Prior to this, it was reported that the multidisciplinary college building on the 50th Anniversary of Victory Boulevard in Melitopol was damaged by artillery fire by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which occurred on the morning of March 27. The students of the educational institution were evacuated to a safe place, they were provided with food and necessary things.
