The majority of Russians (77%) are dissatisfied with the company they work for, according to analysts from the hh.ru recruitment platform and analysts of Skypro, an online university for profitable professions. At the same time, 36% of respondents are ready to move to another area to fix this. “socialbites.ca” got acquainted with the results of the study.
Only one in ten (11%) Russians believe their current location and company is ideal. The majority (81%) of respondents employed during the survey said they plan to change jobs in 2023.
Among the reasons for the quitting of the survey participants, more than half of the participants (66%) had low wages. Another 55% admit that they do not feel growth and development in their current workplace. A third (34%) cite uninteresting tasks, and 30% cite a lack of attention and support from management and colleagues.
When talking about the current job, half of Russians (50%) say they are most satisfied with their program. Slightly fewer (49%) stay in their jobs for the sake of a good salary. At the same time, one in two (48%) people appreciate the comfortable working conditions provided by their company. Job seekers also pay attention to the stability of the company they work for (45%), good management (44%) and interesting tasks (33%).
64% of the participants want to continue working in their field. And 36% dream of moving to someone else. Participants choose information technology (39%), arts (17%), science, education and marketing (15%), transportation and logistics (13%) and finance (12%) the most among the sectors they want to enter. The least of Russians want to work in the sports industry (4%).
