CNN: US intelligence capabilities over the Black Sea deteriorated after UAV situation

Changes in the routes of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the US Black Sea region following the crash of the MQ-9 drone have limited the country’s ability to gather intelligence. It has been reported CNNciting a top Pentagon source.
