DPR Ombudsman Daria Morozova said that the Donetsk People’s Republic is ready to transfer to Ukraine the remains of the army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is currently buried in the region at the start of special operations. It has been reported TASS.
“This was an acute problem at the start of the NWO. From the very beginning, we were ready to unilaterally hand over the bodies of even the dead Ukrainian soldiers…” he explained.
But, according to Morozova, before this, there was no appropriate reaction from Kiev to offers to transplant the organs of the Ukrainian army.
The Ombudswoman added that the DPR is obliged to bury the dead Ukrainian soldiers on the territory of the republic. In this regard, special areas were provided in the cemeteries for the burial of the bodies of the army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The time will come, if Kiev takes care of this issue, we will be ready to transfer these relics,” said Morozova.
On February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to organize a special military operation in Ukraine in response to a request for assistance from the heads of the LPR and DPR.
The decision to run the operation became the justification for new sanctions against Russia by the United States and its allies.
