The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case regarding the death of three students of the Budyonny Military Communications Academy in Leningrad Sertolovo. It has been reported fontanka.
The case was initiated under Article 293 “Negligence” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
