Poll: 22% of employers in Russia give bonuses in honor of professional holidays

Thus, 59% of companies surveyed celebrate their professional holidays. 71% of them organize corporate events. 62% of employers limit themselves to verbal or written congratulations. Almost one in five companies (24%) give corporate gifts or products. He pays slightly less (22%) bonuses in honor of the holiday. 4% of employers allow an additional day off.

40% of bonus employers trust each employee’s performance. One-third (30%) of companies pay everyone the same bonus. One in five (20%) is based on work experience in the company.

61% of companies that do not celebrate professional holidays said that it is not accepted in their organizations. 29% stated that they do not have a budget. Another 6% said that there is no professional holiday for their company.
