The 13th edition, which will be held on April 6-7 and will be dedicated to the new digital world and the digital technologies of the future. pre-program on the event website.

Forum participants will discuss how the government should play a role in internet governance processes and how to maintain the human focus of digital technologies, and learn how the process of drafting a global digital contract is progressing.

Experts will review the experiences of various countries in achieving digital sovereignty and analyze approaches to managing the national Internet segment in Russia and the possible consequences of Internet fragmentation.

In addition, the forum will discuss the impact of the internet on children and adolescents, education for the digital economy, the use of artificial intelligence in the health system, and the participation of youth in internet governance processes.

Among the speakers of the forum were Dean of HSE Law Faculty Vadim Vinogradov, ANO Dialog First Deputy Director General Lenar Faizutdinov, Roskachestvo Vice President Anton Kukanov, .RU/.РФ Fields Coordination Director Andrey Vorobyov. Center and others announced.

Within the framework of the first day of the forum, the sections “Digital technologies of the future” and “Accountability in the face of insecurity: How to fight for the security of information on the Internet” will be organized. The last part of the first day of RIGF 2023 will be devoted to cyber security issues.
The second day of RIGF 2023 will open with the Internet Merit Award Ceremony (Virtuti Internet) and a speech by the award winner.

The main topics of the second day of the forum will be virtual and real worlds and their boundaries, personnel issues of the digital economy and new digital technologies in medicine.

Elizaveta Belyakova, Head of the Union for the Protection of Children’s Rights in the Digital Environment, Digital Youth Ombudsman Dmitry Gulyaev, Rambler&Co Media Development Director and Lenta.ru Editor-in-Chief Vladimir Todorov and other experts will participate in the discussion.
The Forum will end with the “Digital Transformation: Voice of Youth” section.
