“Despite the recently enacted law on the responsibility of commanders to refuse to obey their orders, they also mention a fairly large number of objectors,” the article says.
According to the publication, the commanders of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not interested in writing reports to military law enforcement agencies for fear of encountering problems due to insufficient work with personnel, which may indicate incompatibility with the position of a commander. At the same time, they are trying to use scavengers at a considerable distance from the front as a construction battalion.
