According to the text of the resolution, the federal legislator needs to clarify the rules by which the amount of an inventor’s wages is determined.
“The Government of the Russian Federation should amend paragraph 3 of the rules on payment of fees for service inventions, service utility models, service industrial designs approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 16, 2020 No. 1848; the changes arise from this decision,” the message says.
