The person who is in any position or with people with impostor syndrome feels that he is deceiving others or himself, and sometimes he is completely sure that he is not worthy of the position he is in. “We need to trust something real. Tell yourself the truth: who you are and what you do? For example: “I understand what I am doing. I have studied and got a diploma. I understand that and I have consequences.” <…> Think about how your supervisor or subordinate treats you. What do colleagues say about you, what kind of feedback do they give, ”explained Gladysheva.

He added that once you understand, it becomes easier to control yourself. However, according to him, it is difficult to cope with the fraudulent syndrome alone and it is better to seek help from a specialist.
