“The main fatal outflow occurs at the age of 40-65 … This is a very serious call. What is 40 years for a man? For men born in 1963 and younger, the retirement age is 65.

According to the expert, research has shown that almost all men between the ages of 40 and 65 have the so-called “fatty” liver. Contrary to expectations, it turned out that the cause of this phenomenon was chronic stress, not alcohol.

Emphasizing that “if a person accumulates this stress within himself and carries it for a long time, it becomes fatal for men”, the doctor noted that the main type of stress relief for men is anaerobic exercise. Apolikhin also recommended a healthy lifestyle for the prevention of diseases.
