To help job seekers find jobs and employers find specialists, the RANEPA Presidential Academy is implementing the federal project “Promoting Employment” of the national “Demography” project, the university’s press service reported.
As part of the Employment Assistance project, the academy offers students the opportunity to develop their qualifications free of charge or to take additional vocational training in programs that interest them. Residents of all regions of Russia can participate.
“The Presidential Academy invites everyone to have up-to-date knowledge and skills free of charge by completing university programs in order to increase the chances of finding a job in the selected company and successfully developing in their profession, moving up the career ladder. ”said Sergey Shatunov, Deputy Director of the RANEPA Center for Public Relations.
He emphasized that the academy offers 1,000 free training programs, that each region has its own set of programs and was created taking into account the needs of the local labor market.
Areas of study include state and municipal administration, accounting and analysis, law, design, marketing and others. Education takes place in the form of face-to-face and distance education.
More than 100 partner training organizations are involved in the implementation of the project, as well as 45 regional branches of RANEPA.
In 2022 alone, 66,000 people were trained at the academy and more than 50,000 were employed.
The University offers to participate in the federal project “Employment Assistance” to women on maternity leave and non-working mothers with children under 7 years old, people over 50 years old, the unemployed, citizens under 35 years old without higher or secondary specialties. final year students and graduates of education, colleges and universities, citizens who have served in the army but cannot find a job, those at risk of dismissal and other categories of citizens.
