Wildberry’s leaders, POI owners, and lawmakers held a tripartite meeting to discuss the marketplace employee’s claims. This was reported by Telegram channel Basis.

According to the source, company representatives, the owners of the collection point, and the parliamentarian were able to reach consensus on four of the strikers’ twelve demands. That’s why Wildberries has pledged to unblock the “administrative panel” of protest pick-up points and rescind the penalties that have accrued on them.

The changes will also affect the system of fines for employees. The company offered not to penalize workers for the first violation, they will face partial or full penalties for subsequent violations. In addition, now PVZ employees will be able to appeal fines for substitution of goods that caused the strike.

Discussion of other requirements of workers and collection point owners continues.

Pre Shot reported About a new wave of protests at Wildberry. Now not only those who work at special collection points (PIU), but also those who work in PVZs that are directly owned by Wildberries, are fined for “substitution” and return of defective products.
