That’s why Wildberries has pledged to unblock the “administrative panel” of protest pick-up points and rescind the penalties that have accrued on them.
The changes will also affect the system of fines for employees. The company offered not to penalize workers for the first violation, they will face partial or full penalties for subsequent violations. In addition, now PVZ employees will be able to appeal fines for substitution of goods that caused the strike.
