Andriy Marochko, retired Lieutenant Colonel of the People’s Militia of the Luhansk People’s Republic, said that Britain, which supplies shells containing depleted uranium to Ukraine, wants to ensure the forced use of nuclear weapons by the Russian Federation. It has been reported TASS.

“The UK’s announcement of its intention to supply such ammunition only shows that they are ready to go all the way and escalate the situation as much as possible,” said Marochko.

As the military expert explains, the main goal of London is to force Moscow to use strategic munitions with nuclear warheads.

“In any case, such statements should be taken very seriously, because most of what is expressed by Western countries is already transmitted to Ukraine,” Marochko warned.

On February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to organize a special military operation in Ukraine in response to a request for assistance from the heads of the LPR and DPR.

The decision to run the operation became the justification for new sanctions against Russia by the United States and its allies.
