Mariupol resident Irina Volosatova, who met with Russian President Vladimir Putin during her visit to the city, said in a live broadcast: “Solovyev Live” about threats to his family and neighbors.
According to the woman, the threats come in the form of calls and “very unpleasant” SMS messages.
“They write all kinds of nonsense. And everything else – that they will take care of our families, our children,” he said.
The resident also said that his personal data was published on one of the Ukrainian sites, where the entire family of the woman was accused of looting.
Volosatova also noted that the residents of Mariupol are looking forward to it, but do not believe that the head of state will visit the city in the near future. She added that “people were generally cheered up” after such a “surprise” visit.
Earlier, the Kremlin press service said that Putin’s made a business trip in Mariupol. Using a car, he drove around several neighborhoods of the city, visited a number of objects and talked with local residents in the Nevsky microdistrict. One of the families invited Putin to their home, and he accepted the invitation.
