MEC Scholarships 2023: How much money can you earn?
How much money can you earn with this scholarship? Prepare to be surprised. More than 2,500 million Euros will be distributed in fixed and variable items this year. In the fixed part you will find the following concepts:
- tuition scholarship: covers the amount of first enrollment credits (not the second).
- By family income: Up to 1.700 Euros.

MEC Scholarships 2023: Requirements
And what do you need to apply for the scholarship? Requirements include economic aspects (having an income below the limit) and academics. In summary, the requirements are:

Have Spanish citizenship or a Member State of the European Union.

Not having a title equal to or higher than the title of the studies for which the scholarship is requested.

The assets of the family unit must not exceed 42,900 euros.

First-year college students must enroll in 60 credits or, in exceptional cases, 30 credits.

In your second year of university, you must have enrolled for the same number of credits as the previous year and passed a certain percentage of courses by major: engineering and architecture, 65%; health sciences, 80%; social and legal sciences, arts and humanities, 90%.
