In the Saratov region, an ambulance driver, Dmitry Panarin, rescued an old man who was carried downstream by the flood. This was announced by the region’s Minister of Health, Oleg Kostin, in a statement. telegraph channel.

“The action of the ambulance driver Dmitry Panarin deserves special attention and for a heroic act will be rewarded by the Ivanteevskaya Republic of Bashkortostan,” wrote Kostin.
