As energy engineers, we are ready to act as a locomotive in the development of the Siberian economy in order to provide the most effective solutions.” said Top manager of an energy conglomerate.

Also, together with the regional authorities, it was decided to develop a long-term plan for the development of network infrastructure for new consumers, in particular, for the industrial center in Usolye-Sibirsky and the tourist cluster in Baikalsk.
As Shulginov emphasized, all investment applications should be studied in detail, then solutions for energy supply should be reflected in the plan and program for the development of the electric power industry.
In addition, Shulginov and Khadikov discussed illegal mining, which undermines the security of the region’s energy system. This issue is most relevant to the Irkutsk region, where such activities cause an excessive increase in electricity consumption.
