The Novokuibyshevsk City Court of the Samara Region fined Samara Duma deputy Mikhail Abdalkin 150,000 rubles for discrediting the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, who listened to the president’s message with noodles in his ears. DEA News with reference to his lawyer, Alexei Lapuzin.
According to him, the court sentenced Abdalkin to Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. He was found guilty in accordance with Part 1 of Art. The defense added that they will appeal the decision.
Previously, the administrative protocol aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (Article 20.3.3 Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) prepared It’s about Abdalkin. On February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a message to the Federal Assembly. On this day, Abdalkin posted on his page on the social network VKontakte a post with a video in which he watched the message of the head of state with pasta in his ears.
Later, State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein was angry at Abdalkin’s move and urged the leadership of the Communist Party faction to “rein” his fellow party member.
