Currently, 47 regions of the Russian Federation are managed by graduates of the reserve management personnel program, which in the media is called the “school of governors”. Alexei Komissarov, Rector of the RANEPA Presidential Academy, Director General of the ANO “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” Alexei Komissarov, comments on the appointment of Vladislav Kuznetsov, the former Deputy Head of the LPR Government, to the post of Deputy Governor of Chukotka.
Komissarov expressed his confidence that the qualifications acquired by students of the development programs of the personnel management reserve of the RANEPA Higher School of Public Administration (HSGU) meet the requirements of modern managers.
“Vladislav Kuznetsov is a manager with extensive experience in administrative structures, representative bodies and trade. In the face of complex geopolitical and economic challenges, it has worked to accelerate the integration of the LPR into the Russian public administration system. Such a versatile professional biography will help Vladislav in his new position. I wish effective decisions and projects in the interests of the inhabitants of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug,” Komissarov said.
On March 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed him acting. Vladislav Kuznetsov, who was Deputy Governor of the Kurgan Region from 2019 to 2021, and in June 2022, Governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, took the post of First Deputy Head of the Government of the LPR. Kuznetsov graduated from the fourth stream of the program for the development of the personnel management reserve of the RANEPA Higher School of Public Administration (HSGU).
The program was launched in 2017 on behalf of the President of Russia. Its aim is to create a community of modern managers.
