Legislative Assembly of the Leningrad Region, State Duma, I and II. presented a draft law that proposed giving four additional leaves a month to working parents caring for people with disabilities in the group. This document has been published at: Web site legal support systems.
In accordance with the text of the explanatory note, the draft law intends to amend the first part of article 262 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, “with additional paid four days of non-working in the I and II month” disabled from childhood I and II groups of 23 years.
In the Government’s conclusion, it did not support this project as it did not contain provisions defining the resources and procedure for meeting new types of expenditure obligations.
