The former owner of the collection points in Irkutsk owes the Russian company Wildberries 750 thousand rubles. As the Telegram channel wrote Babr Mashbusinessman argues that such a fine is unfounded.

Irkutsk businessman Anton owned three collection points in different parts of the Irkutsk region. It was recorded that one of them was the only one for the settlement with a population of 20 thousand.

A large number of orders were received before the New Year. Employees did not have time to disassemble everything, and buyers waited in line on the street. As a result of the holidays, more returns accumulated. These goods did not manage to be returned to the warehouse within the specified week – as a result, the market caused a shortage of 1 million rubles. and closed three points.

The owner of the points sent everything and paid a fine of 190 thousand rubles.

But then they sent him a bill of 750 thousand rubles. For allegedly stolen items, however, they’ve been with vendors for a long time, according to the database, according to the Telegram channel.

Adam fails to communicate with one of the Wildberries. He fears a new debt: deliveries continue to arrive at closed collection points – he cannot return them, as there is no access to the application.

Previously, the head of the State Duma Committee for the Protection of Competition, Valery Gartung, said that the Wildberry market plans respond to employee complaints.

According to him, the company will consider all complaints from the owners of ordering points (PVZ). He added that Wildberries has announced that it is ready to clarify its position and possibly cancel some automatic decisions and return them to manual mode.
