In the section of increases, this February also stands out with 1.6 percent. alcoholic beverages and tobacco, 1.5% from entertainment and culture and 1% from hotels and restaurants. On the opposite side 0.8 percent decrease in transportation, 0.5 percent decrease in clothing and shoes.
