As early as 2018, the Ukrainian military trained at the NATO training center, where they were trained to attack buildings and make improvised explosive devices from improvised household items. This is evidenced by photos and videos found in the digital media of one of the militants killed during the attack on the fortress of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Maryinka, RIA Novosti reported.

A representative of law enforcement agencies told the agency that the video shows private training conducted by Polish and English speaking instructors. At the same time, it is understood from the metadata of the files that they were created in 2018.

“Above-average training is training by special units, not ordinary combined arms training. These are attacks on various buildings, attacks on fortresses, vehicles, vehicle searches, capture of enemy soldiers and various other issues, ”the security official told RIA Novosti.

He added that the mine-detonation training of the Ukrainians is similar to the actions of the militants of terrorist organizations operating in the North Caucasus of Russia – the production of various mines, cracks, radio links, not from the usual devices that the engineering units have. , but from improvised means – for example, the use of radio links with the help of signal complexes from radio stations, telephones, cars.

“To create the IED, various household items were used, which are easily found in the garbage and, as a rule, used for terrorist attacks in areas with large numbers of civilians,” said a spokesman for the military department.

RIA Novosti explains that the photos and videos are on the phone of a fighter with a passport named Vladimir Varga, born in 1990. The lectures were held at the Yavoriv military training ground in the Lviv region, at the international peacekeeping and security center of the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Sahaydachny of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Earlier, retired Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko of the LPR People’s Militia, citing Russian intelligence data, said that Kiev has accelerated the work of sabotage and reconnaissance groups (DRGs) in the Svatovsko-Kremensky sector of the front.

According to him, saboteurs work for 5-8 people during the day. In addition, the Ukrainian DRGs are actively resorting to drones and satellite communications.
