Germany completed a training course on German Leopard 2 tanks for Ukrainian soldiers, the publication writes about it. Zeit.
“After several weeks of intensive training in Germany, Ukrainian soldiers are now ready to deploy the Leopard 2 main battle tank,” the publication says.
It was stated that the training included exercises on the simulator, combat training in the field and real shooting at the end of the training.
It is emphasized that Germany will supply Ukraine with 18 modern main battle tanks of the German army Leopard 2A6. The Ukrainian army is expected to return to the front with them in March.
