“Four rectors in the area controlled by the Zelensky regime told me that an unspoken order was given to immediately expel students with below-average education so that they can be recalled,” Rogov said.
According to him, representatives of the military authorities of Ukraine have already said that people with health restrictions can call his service. Rogov added that the Ukrainians will be officially summoned, but everything will depend on the decision of the commanders.
