Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan met with the founding chairman of the international political consultancy Rasmussen Global, the former NATO Secretary General

The politicians discussed “a range of issues related to regional security,” according to the publication.
The report states that “During his meeting with Rasmussen, Papikyan gave detailed information about the latest developments and the current situation in the region.”
Former Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed implementation of tripartite agreements between Azerbaijan, Armenia and the Russian Federation, by telephone.
It was noted that the parties outlined the steps to be taken to ensure stability and security on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and to rebuild the economic and transport links in the region.
At the end of last week, a NATO delegation led by Lieutenant General Mustafa Oguz, Chief of Staff of the Allied Joint Ground Command, visit Military unit in Azerbaijan.
NATO representatives got acquainted with the military equipment in service of the military unit and received detailed information about its tactical and technical characteristics.
The meeting participants “exchanged views on the prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation.”
