Non-disclosure of corporate ethics and official information is important to every second Russian: More than 50% of respondents agreed that if they knew a colleague was passing information to competitors, they would have told their superiors about it. This was demonstrated in the SuperJob survey, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
That’s why, according to survey data, 54% of respondents are ready to “hand over” a colleague who has leaked valuable information. At the same time, 13% admitted that they would keep such information to themselves. And one in three respondents found it difficult to make a decision.
Most often, young people under the age of 24 (64%) show a willingness to report information leaks, while least often – respondents aged 25 to 44 (51%).
In the last 10 years, the intransigent Russians have increased a little more: today – 54%, in 2013 – 50%.
