The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, said that the authorities have expanded the conditions for issuing preferential mortgages, it will be possible for parents of children with disabilities to purchase ready-made housing in the second house. He announced this at the Council of Ministers meeting, reports TASS.
According to him, preferential family funds, Far Eastern mortgages, closed mutual funds can be directed to the purchase of finished housing.
Previously, the average maturity of a housing loan at the end of the year to reach 27 years, and the average monthly payment will exceed 30 thousand rubles.
According to the results of 2023, the average mortgage maturity in Russia may increase by 12%, or almost three years, in January-December, reaching 27 years. The average mortgage payment will increase by 12.5% and exceed the limit of 30 thousand rubles.
At the same time, last year this figure rose by 2.7% to 27.5 thousand rubles, below the official inflation rate of 11.9%. At the same time, the average amount of mortgage loans this year may remain at the same level as last year, that is, about 4 million rubles.
